Not only have I decided upon the storyline for my 10-hour Art exam manga, I have written the first chapter (to which more may be added) of my new story. Its working title is "Meteorological Madness", or "Locura Meteorológico" en español. ¡ Puedo hablar español, yo ! It's based on a true story, minus the magic weather-controlling-powers.

i drew it from an angle so one of his shoulders looks all retarded, but i didn't realize it until i had already finished the arm WHICH IS AWESOME and i don't wanna erase it Dx
